What is Nodeinfra?

Nodeinfra strives to provide the most reliable blockchain infrastructure services. Nodeinfra supports blockchain ecosystem's decentralization and provide secure infrastructure for blockchain companies to easily build their products.

What blockchains do you support?

We currently support three different blockchains. But, we are currently expanding our supported protocols. For all relevant information, please refer to our Supported Protocols page. For specific protocols yet to be offered, please contact us for more information.

Where are Nodeinfra's servers located?

We are currently based in Seoul, South Korea. However, we offer variety of options when selecting region for your nodes to serve clients anywhere in the world and reduce latency. If you need any particular server location that we do not currently offer, please contact us and we will figure out a solution.

Do you provide dedicated infrastructure development?

We provide custom solutions for enterprises, startups and developers. If you have an inquiry about custom infrastructure development, please, contact us.

Can I access archive data?

Yes, Nodeinfra provides access to archive data on dedicated nodes for blockchains we support.

How can I know what protocols Nodeinfra will support in the future?

We are constantly making an effort to add new protocols to expand our network. If you are interested, please contact us and we are happy to chat with you.

What kind of analytics are available on the dashboard?

We provide a lot of valuable insights in a specific user dashboard. Nodeinfra dashboard is the user's personal page to check up on nodes' health and real-time performance. Please refer to Dashboard Walkthrough for more information.

How do I deploy a node and how much does it cost?

Thank you for your interest in Nodeinfra. If you want to deploy our nodes, first take a look at our How to Deploy a Node page and please follow the guidelines. Upon your request, our team will be in touch with you to discuss pricing and deployment details.

How can I request refund?

You can request refund within 48 hours of the final configuration. Our general policy is that upon cancelling, your node stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like a refund due to exceptional circumstances, reach out to support@nodeinfra.com and we can assist you.
